MY EXPERIENCE
As a habit coach and psychology professor, I’ve spent over 20 years studying the science of habits, well-being, & behavioral change. I earned my Ph.D. in Experimental Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. My research focused on self & identity, decision-making, and social cognition. Currently, I teach a psychology course at Full Sail University in Orlando, FL where I regularly lecture on habit formation, positive psychology, stress, motivation, goal pursuit, creativity, and time management.
MY MISSION
To help you conquer barriers that are preventing you from feeling happy, connected, and effective in your everyday life. We will strategize about how to develop more life satisfaction, how to build & maintain rewarding relationships, how to create personal & professional goals, and how to stay motivated until your goals are achieved. I believe that the path to self-improvement starts with harnessing the power of habit
and I am committed to giving you the tools you need to develop better patterns of behavior.
MY APPROACH
To assist you on your journey of change, I employ a combination of active listening, education about human behavior, and simple, evidence-based tools to kickstart personal growth. Each session will be tailored to your individual needs.
