Life coaching is a process in which a coach helps individuals to identify their goals, overcome obstacles, and make positive changes in their lives. I offer my clients a one-on-one opportunity with an expert in human behavior to share their most common personal struggles.
While many life coaches obtain certifications from various sources, most have no formal education in psychology or human behavior. I have an extensive background in psychology and have taught numerous courses dealing with the science of well being & behavioral change. I believe that true change comes not just from setting goals, but from understanding the underlying beliefs and patterns that may be holding us back. I also bring a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to every coaching session.
In a life coaching session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and strategies for overcoming obstacles. I will provide guidance, support, and accountability to help you achieve your goals.
While both life coaches and therapists help individuals improve their lives, therapists typically focus on addressing mental health issues and past traumas, while life coaches focus on helping individuals achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.
Yes, I offer both in-person and virtual coaching sessions to accommodate the needs and preferences of my clients.
